
According to a MUDH report, based on the order of the IEA Leader, a total of 4,339 residential plots, each with a 500 square-meter dimension, have been allocated in the migrant settlements of Nangarhar, while 3,291 such plots have been allocated in the migrant settlements of Paktika.
KABUL POST – The aim of these plans and maps is to construct standardized and organized residential units for returning and displaced families in these provinces, providing not only shelter but also essential services.
In addition, the plans include the construction of roads, clean water supply systems, electricity, public utilities, educational and health centers and other necessary urban services, all of which have been comprehensively considered in each plan.
Minister Najibullah Hayat Haqqani confirmed the plans and emphasized that the technical teams must be prepared to implement these projects, ensuring that their work follows standardized principles. He also directed the relevant departments to quickly begin the implementation of these maps and to continue coordinating with other cooperating organizations to ensure that the mentioned projects are completed and ready for use on time.
