KABUL POST — In the periodic meeting of the Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee, according to the Deputy for Economic Affairs of the Prime Minister’s Office, the meeting discussed the construction of a commercial market in Kabul’s first district, the building of a modern plant in Kabul for electricity generation through waste incineration and processing.
Moreover, plans for the assembly and gradual production of tractors and agricultural machinery in Kandahar, Herat and Balkh provinces.
The deputy added that after the discussions, these plans were referred to the relevant agencies for technical and economic evaluations and it was recommended that these agencies submit their reports to the Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee by the set deadlines.
